These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Viet Rice Box (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’), regarding your access and use of our website (‘vietricebox.com’) and your purchases of our products. 

 

You agree that by accessing the website, creating an account and purchasing our products, you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by our terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before you use our website and services. If you do not agree with any of our terms, you may not use our website and place orders with us.

Viet Rice Box Limited is a company registered in England under company number 14423955, with its registered and operating office at 272 Wigan Road, Leigh, England, WN7 5HD.

 

Regarding our users

We have the right to refuse any order at any time for any reason. 

 

You must be 18 or over to access, create a member account and order from our website.

 

You agree to make sure that your account information, including but not limited to email address, delivery address, payment details, and billing address is accurate, complete and up-to-date for us to successfully fulfil and deliver your orders. See our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we collect, process and protect your information. 

 

You may not use the website for any illegal purposes. You also may not resell or distribute our products without our written approval. 

 

Ordering

You may order by phone or through our website (preferred). It is recommended that you pre-order to receive your order at the desired time and you may have the option to cancel your order up to 3 hours prior to your requested pick-up time (see "Cancelling orders" section below). 

 

We reserve the right to limit or cancel the quantities purchased per order to avoid fraudulent activities. We also reserve the right to refuse orders from suspicious accounts and other accounts with the same payment details and billing addresses. If we, at our discretion, decide to make changes or refuse your orders, we will attempt to notify you through the provided email address and/or phone number.

There will be a processing fee when you order through our website.

Collection

​

We will be prepared to fulfill your order close to your selected time slot. When you arrive at our trailer at Birchwood Shopping Centre,  we will assemble it to ensure that your food is hot when you receive the order. ​

Cancelling orders

​

For orders with a collection time of within 3 hours of order placement:

Please make sure that your order is correct. Once the order has been confirmed and the payment has been taken from your account, you will not be able to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund.

 

You may only cancel and receive a full refund if you preorder and cancel at least 3 hours before the chosen collection time, and your order value does not exceed £70. Orders of values exceeding £70 must be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to delivery time. To cancel an order, you must contact us on the phone number on our website.

 

Pricing

 

The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Payment

 

All online card payments are made securely via Wix Payments. You may choose to pay cash when collecting your order at the trailer.

Disclaimer 

​

Despite our effort to avoid cross-contamination in our cooking process by stringently following the food hygiene safety standards, we cannot guarantee allergy-free dishes. Whilst a dish may not contain a specific allergen, due to the wide range of ingredients used in our kitchen, foods may be at risk of cross-contamination by other ingredients. Please ask our staff for further information.
